to rest and recuperate before our game against Richmond Edison Local 

on 2/27/13 at Ohio University Eastern Campus. I'll be ready!

I am blessed to have played so many snaps of the ball.  Coming from a small school, I have had to play both sides of the ball.  I've put up big offensive numbers but some people forget that I am a first team, all-state defensive player as well.  I have 15 interceptions in the last two seasons and many broken up passes.  As fortunate I have been on the offensive side of the ball, sometimes I think my best strength is on defense.

What can you say about a guy who sets a state-finals record 272 yards and four touchdowns on nine catches? That's exactly what this dandy did for McLean's crew. He proved to be the yin to Monteroso's yang on the offensive side of the football. On the defensive side, Marhefka was as good a lock-down defender as there was in the area.

St. Clairsville Boys Track Wins OVAC 4A Title

Jerrid Marhefka - Key component of the 4x100 and 4x200 Relay Teams.  Jerrid Marhefka and Michael Ferns are healthy; however, Alex and Jaylon need to get a little more healthy for the quad to make it to the State Finals again in 2012.

I had a great massage yesterday afternoon.  What a pleasure!  I never feel bad; but after a massage I feel brand new!

Late Night Workout

I got home from the spring game last night around 12:30.  You would think that I would have been tired and would have gone right to bed.  It didn't work out that way.  I was stoked and had to go the the gym to work out.  I had a great session!
